1) Reinhart is going to be just fine. In fact, he is more than fine.

2) See my previous post about Henrick Sedin. You would have been dogging him in his 1st 3-years of playing in the NHL if you were alive back when he was drafted. Reinhart is out-producing him in only his second year and Sedin X 2 have both turned out to be excellent players.

3) While I have obviously "cherry picked" one example - see above - you are cherry picking using a much smaller sample size (eg: Pastranak on Boston). Any of us on this site can do the revisionism thing and find player "X" that the Sabres should have drafted in any particular year. But then again, every team and fan base could do that. Take a look at the # of 1st round draft busts - including guys in the top 10 - that have occurred in the past 25-years. It is a very long list.

4) Free advice - "speak" less, stop being so negative and enjoy the Sabres. They are headed in the right direction. As somebody once said, Rome wasn't built in a day.

One thing I will say, Sam is lethal with the puck behind the net. His vision is amazing from that spot

Agreed, with the NHL narrowing the nets a little bit I am surprised more players don't use that weak side pass to the side of the net that Sam is really freaking good at.

Reinhart is a giant wuss and very uninspiring player. This is his third year as a pro. Point totals are nice but he's not a player worth tanking for.

He is what Watkins is to the Bills. Sammy = nice player, not worth 2 firsts. Sam R = Nice player, not worth throwing your franchise down the drain for.
