actually had a '77 mustang 2...wasn't fond of it
- Michael Pachla

My cousin had one, I think it was a '78, when they just called it the 'Stang. It was awful. The first time I saw it I had no idea what kind of car it was because it looked nothing like a Mustang, I mean it had a (frank)ing hatchback.

I mean, it kind of looks like a Mustang, if you squint and tilt your head 30º.

Herr Kaiser, well written. Consistency of argument and thought process is something I am trying to get through to my teenage kids. A number of posters on this thread jump around quite a bit - kind of a "whack a mole" mentality. For example, Regier gets crucified for not doing anything yet GMTM gets crucified by the same people for doing something. Two years ago, Girgensons was a great leader and future captain of the team; today he is a bum and not worth a 5th rounder. Another example, Reinhart stinks yet somehow this stinky player + a second rounder should be traded to "Team X" for their star #1 D-man and why hasn't GMTM made that trade yet? There are too many examples to cite.

Sabres maul the Cats tonight 4 - 1. Risto, Jack, Marcus and Bogo with the goals.

- SabreWest

I have no problem with one changing their position, but going back and forth and cherry picking isn't the same.

But I have to disagree with you on the Girgensons thing. He was playing very well and looked for all the world to be an excellent 2C and captain material. Then he got hurt and they hired Bylsma and the wheels fell off.

But yeah it is funny how people want Girgensons gone, but want a ton of value for him. I'd say the only guy a lot of people that just want gone is Ennis.

It really does. My step brother had a Pinto wagon, I forget what year, but it was after they fixed the gas tank issue. What a piece of poop.

haven't listened to it since shortly after Sylvester left
- Michael Pachla

Whatever happened to that guy? He was next in line to do play-by-play, then RJ decided to stay and he was on the pre/post game show for a while then they hired Duff to do that and Sylvester was relegated to hockey hotline, and then he was just gone...

Why break up Foligno Larsson and Gionta?

I'd rather have Grant than Deslauries, becuase Grant can somewhat skate.

I agree, show without Sylvester is more entertaining now with Rivet and Peters...that is what I tune in for...entertainment.
Sylvester was an empty suit.
I do miss the old Hockey Hotline on Empire after games for the same reason....Robinand the redhead (forget his name) where funny as hell together....I swear they drank heavily before going on air.

I know you're joking but given the major battle i was in over the arm rest the answer is yes
- Sabresfan-365

The trick is to look slightly unhinged, not so much they say something to the flight crew, but when you look at them focus your eyes about 3 feet behind them, like you're looking right through them. They'll give up the armrest right quick.

Im not even kidding, this is how i end up looking on hong haul flights. I just hate flying so much I naturally turn into that. She did wind up conceding that battle by around hour 4 or 5.

If anyone is planning on traveling to europe its amsterdam or burst as far as connections go. Better service, flight, and the airport is massive tons to do.

Flight from Edinburgh into Belgium had about 70 or so people on it? and Id say close to a third of these people missed their next connecting flight and got virtually no help.

Very good point. His wheels did come off once Teddy left. It will be interesting to see what Girgs future with this team is.

However, if GMTM trades him (as i expect), i don't think Murray will get very much. And when this happens, the wolves on this thread will come out. Girgs will go from being a 4th line NHL er to 1st line potential and how could Murray give him away for virtually nothing.

Go Sabres Go!
