There's a lot of baggage for sure, but he's not getting production out of guys who are known producers. I'd say its a compounding problem, not only do we have extra baggage, but Disco's tendency to utilize vets over rookies is costing us big time. - RhinoFan

I know you didn't say we were talentless, and we aren't a Stanley contender by any means but I wouldn't trade our roster for that of Carolina's who we lost to last night and are ahead of us in the standings. We need a couple more pieces for sure to be a contender, but I think this roster pushes for a playoff spot, it shouldn't be scraping the bottom.

I dunno Carolina's got some talent as well, especially on the blueline. and a lot of cap space. I think we're one blueliner from being a playoff team. Swap bogo with someone who's actually worth 5 mil

I tried to give Disco the benefit of the doubt up until recently. My moment was in the game at Florida. Hey I'd love to have Hanifin or Falk on this team, those boys are monsters. I loved TT on the Hawks as well, but I don't see some dynamic power house of a team down there yet they handed it to us yesterday and are ahead in the standings. I guess I just think this roster even as is has a little more juice left to squeeze.

There's a difference between a proven goal scorer and a Richard winner. A proven goal scorer in the NHL is someone who can score 20 goals more than once. Whether you like the definition or not is irrelevant. That's the mark they go by.

Hmmm, McCabe or Justin Braun tonight? Final D spot. I kind of like this 20 team league. G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHG(short handed goals), SOG, FW, HITS, BLK. It's kind of a tough decision. They're pretty much the same player Braun has 5 points, McCabe 7, both have 33 SOG, but I think it's gotta be Braun, he has more hits and blocks.
