It was reported in Harrington's column today that Eichel was taken off the PP for part of the game last week for disciplinary reasons and Bylsma was shielding that when he said he wanted to send a message to Eichel and the team.

Did I miss any? This team had it's prospects pool absolutely decimated by our GM. But I do this in NHL all the time so I'm okay with it. We have 5 of our top-6 as 20-goal scorers, but we completely lack a competent 3rd line, so we are icing TWO fourth lines.

I see GMTM's biggest failures as a lack of aquisition of NHL depth players, both offense and defense and the completely negligent hiring of Dan Bylsma as a panic in response to Babcock standing us up.

We now have 3 full seasons of being the worst team in the league for almost the entirety.

Trades are not going to help us, because you have nothing to give up in return that won't subtract as it adds unless you want more 2nd and 3rd round picks, because so far that's been GMTM's greatest strength is stockpiling 2nd and 3rd round picks.

If this team doesn't improve by the all-star break and they don't at least fire Bylsma, I'm done for the year. I made the mistake of again lingering around with the Bills this season, (frank) if I'm wasting my time with the Buffalo sports products anymore until they show good MANAGEMENT not just good marketing.

On pace for worst season in 4 years, turned 30 this year and wouldn't help this team at all having to play Disco's 1995 trap system. Just think he's a little beyond the age we want on this team going forward for the next 7 years.

Tanking for a specific player, even top 2 players is now too risky with the lottery system.
You would need to be happy with a top 4 prospect list anymore.
