It could only get ugly because the refs didn't let the bruins dance with carrier for a dangerous hit

I don't mind him having to fight, I mind the jumping. Don't do something cheap to get back at a borderline cheap shot.

Even guys like Crosby have had their down moments

I feel like Reinhart & Kane are constantly getting sh!t on here

Their stats are among the best on the team

I think that finding consistency scoring is probably the toughest thing to accomplish in the NHL

One of the good things about bruins hockey, the fighting. Not so much nowadays

Came off at the last second again I only go by what they (we) are instructed to do.

If they square off clean let them go, but if one guy is about to get a jump on a player they want the liney's in there. It is all about curbing fighting

It was the right call initially, but they should've either completely separated them, or failing that, just get the (frank) out of the way once everyone was squared up and ready. I just find it hilarious that McQuaid was complaining that Carrier had the advantage when he intended to jump Carrier to begin with.

Gerbs hates on Reinhart and Broads hates on Kane . But........with them producing finally , they are warming up to them. But #2 Once they start slumping , it will be the same ole same ole .

He'll grow out of it eventually.

To be fair the hit on Backes wasn't a head shot, the follow through caught him a bit and it was a little blindsided but it's a hit Backes himself has made a living on making.

I am sure Carrier will have someone challenge him again and I expect him to drop the gloves again if challenged.

Once we are in there we are in there...because if one guy backs out he leaves his partner all alone and that's the last thing any official wants to happen.

I think Reinhart has looked fine. He plays a quiet game. Doesn't mean he's not effective. Okposo and Kane are the type of players that are much more visible when they're on the ice. It's good to have a mix of both on the roster.

but it just seems ridiculous to me

Some on here take a small sample size and just go WAY overboard when characterizing players imo
