Ricotta belongs in lasagna, that's about it. How do you even cook pizza with ricotta on it wouldn't you really dry it out? - Wetbandit1
I worked at a mellow mushroom for years, if you dont know what that is find one when you are in the south, and on a few different pizzas we used ricotta on pizzas along with mozz. it doesnt dry usually and is delicious with cured meats. a lot of times the ricotta is put on a pizza under the mozz to help prevent drying. sometimes we would add ricotta to a pizza after it was baked, like a swirl on top. also ricotta is generally used in calzones everywhere.

Oh the irony of everybody being upset about a hit laid out on Backes as it's a mirror of many similar hits he's administered over the course of his career.

I think that's like 5 things, but I digress. You almost have to go to full extension to get called for a cross check now, those slashes and hooks were only ever called for two years after the 04 lockout.

I was impressed by it . Wasn't the same ole pepperoni style . And it had no sauce. Could have used a dipping side.

I think it's people who graduated high school in 2000 hence "Millennial" or later, but there's like a 4 or 5 year buffer where you're kind of in the middle, and it expands further if you're the youngest in your family, and those you hang out with i.e. you're around a lot of people from the previous generation.
