- more or less they are built to win now when considering the age of some key players ...O-line, RB, D-line ... but lack the necessary ingredient of a franchise QB, and still need additional help at WR, Safety, CB, LB positions.

I still think if they walk away from Tyron, and I would unless he renegotiates, they might be better off trading some of their aged vets who hold value and stock piling draft picks over next 2 - 3 years to rebuild on the fly.
If not, book another several years of being "in the hunt" and then out.

IMO, the Bills should draft a QB, preferably in round 2 or 3, and have them battle Cardale for a spot. If both suck, then you are positioning yourself for a top pick, where hopefully there is a QB next year. If one of them is pretty good, then great, you found a QB.

Worst thing to do is either bring Taylor back, or trade for another guy that might get you to 8-8.
