1) what should be most important is developing these guys RIGHT,
not how impatient some are
And IMO, it's generally better not to rush young prospects

2) even if these guys were "ready" to play here,
is it wise to go super young & not have a veteran presence?
Most would say that was a problem with the Oilers and not being able to win with all their young talent
