Yes. Because every team has a starting goalie, outside of Vegas there is no team that currently doesn't have one. But in Buffalo, Lehner has not solidified the #1 spot as his. If I were Petersen's agent, I would tell him to go into Buffalo and take the #1 spot instead of demanding his rights to be traded and having to just fight for the #1 spot somewhere else.
