Brodie makes the most sense. Basically the same salary cap hit for both teams and it solves a problem for the Sabres at Left D while also solving a problem for the Flames - tougher winger who can score.

I hear ya...was playing the Sam card to stoke some energy from 2 years ago.

Flames 1 - 3 LW (with G/Pts) are Johnny (10/27), Tkachuk (7/25) and Verstig (7/18), total of 24/70...their right side contributes 22/49, center is 31/68
... doesn't seem the the left is the problem area though...I'm calling BS
