unless something changes in the front office I think its going to be more of the same... and that takes nothing away for Sean McD... I like what I read about him, but that front off is a complete tire fire.... unless that get straightened out I don't see how anyone can be successful.

They weren't going to get a high profile guy to come in here. For me, it's all about who his coordinators are.

Jim Schwartz, but he is the Eagles D Coordinator now. McDermott is a defensive guy so I would think he's bringing someone from his staff he's familiar with. It will be McD's defense and the DC will just be a figure head I would think. OC is the important hire here.

I know it's a little early but if we continue playing how we have these past few games, I feel like were getting of a good glimpse of what this team can be, maybe all those injures really did mess with the team? Losing Eichel isn't easy.
