His stats are probably worse than they should be due to playing on a bad team, but it's really nice that he's got the opportunity to develop away from the media and such. Hopefully next year, whether it's Miller/Marky or Marky/whoever, we continue to hear nothing about rushing him to the NHL like so many prospects

Prolly 2-3yrs away from being here to stay.

They are building highrises to create a "downtown core", that location would be 2km down the hill. And it would kickstart a revitalization to eliminate that crappy area

Also people=revenue. Advertisers and corporations would invest, same with the taxes they could collect. Its becoming more densely populated, and they are building for it. It would be a good spot for a facililty

yes north surrey has def changed sooo much in the last 10 years. So currently it might not be great but when you consider future yes. Def a lot to consider when you factor in taxes, future and advertising.

The 3rd wheel on a line is underrated more often than not.
I'm a pairings kinda guy & eg BO/Sven r 1 pairing.
I think its time to split up the Sedins for more balance.

When Hansen returns reunite the trio.
My take is Danny has fallen off & scoring is not there anymore.
So at this time put him on Sutters wing for playmaking.
