I like this. We are building a Stanley cup contender not just a playoff team. That takes time. Look at Tampa Bay, was in Stanley cup last year and they have injuries to their top 2 players and are not in playoffs (if started today) and have less future potential than us yet we are crying over here. Didn't we lose our best 2 players for a while (and a lot of other guys too)? Drafted players are not busts because they don't crack Nhl lineups at 18-22, be patient.

Wish more people on here had the same thoughts of the team. It's understandable to be pissed on the standings stat and seeing the team lose a winnable game . But our opponents are trying the exact same thing we are. Is it the make up of our team or just a result of playing a more established team. We have some lessons to learn . The team will be fine with some experience.

A lot of people seem to think the other 29 teams exist to make life easy on us. "Oh, just trade Bogo for a top 6..." "Just offload Gorges and Moulson." "Vegas will take Moulson." What the (frank) world are they living in? Nobody wants our poop. Nobody's going to go us a favor.

As long as one stays away from personal attacks, one should be fine. The mods are extremely lenient here. Going by the CoC every one of us should be banned daily. Most of us many times over. But once you stray into personal attacks that's when one gets banned and they have very little tolerance for. Like your ban when you got into it with 39, if you hadn't said that one thing you'd have been fine.

Which was funny because he responded to a post of mine and said "thanks, douche" and I jokingly said I was reporting him (I didn't since my name is BEADY EYED DOUCHE and the whole exchange was tongue in cheek), he asked why, and I said THANKS DOUCHE.

And someone obviously reported the posts not realizing the whole thing was tongue in cheek.
