Worst 4th line in the league, they contribute nothing other than resting the first three lines . - LeftCoaster
Even with an upbeat 4 th line the pace for the rest of the team is that of an eighty year old maharishi . |

Oshie would be the harder of the two to attract but I would go after Boyle for sure . Our fourth line is - VANTEL
Idk if we r in the UFA market next season.
The expansion draft will make for fun & who we juggle.
Will it be the TDL or offseason its hard to say but 1 player i expect moved soon. |

Well, you've gotta walk before you run, at least be hard to play against while you're building the forward group. |

I think you could get something for Burrows.
He is having a good bounce back year, plays up and down the lineup, can score, can agitate, can play PK.
Mtl is the obvious choice, you know Burrows would play his heart out there.
Mtl has 3 2nd rounders next year.
Burrows, 4th rounder to Mtl for 2nd rounder (via Wsh). - dbot
Many in here think Burrows nets a return. I don't. I don't think good teams want a bad teams 3rd liners. Hope you are right |

I keep hearing the media saying he has value. Not aimed at you but in here we overvalue or undervalue all the time so I am at a wait and see. If you are not going to get a third round pick then let him play out his final two months as a Cauncuk under one team for his whole career.
If you can get the third then nice knowing you Mr Burrows |

I haven't been looking at what players other teams will be exposing, but it has me wondering if there is an upgrade available on who we would protect vs. player another team would be exposing ? maybe add a pick and swap players?
I'm looking forward to tdl and the summer.
I'm also wondering if there will be trades during the expansion draft? It would be an interesting twist if teams adjusted who they are exposing after LV makes picks. |

I have never heard anybody under value one of our assets on here when it comes to trades. Our players suck until we include them in a trade package and they become stars. Baffling and hilarious |

Honestly there are many combinations of trade possibilities. It is of course better to get something back rather than let someone walk for nothing.
There should really only be two untouchables on the team IMO , Bo and Tryamkin. If you can get an upgrade for a player or an asset by making a move then you do it.
Example . If a team is interested in Granlund and not Hansen then you look at the return and see if you can work something out.
Sven Granlund Sbisa are all B type players , the big thing to remember is to get value .
It is possible no or few deals get done but at least try. - VANTEL
I hear you on opportunity and untouchables. That's the issue for a sell at TDL under Vegas expansion. It's not a player upgrade but a cash out and dump. Hope is you get back possible potential future player in a pick. A prospect return would need a long established player on a sale. For example, Flames did that with taking two 2nds for Sven and Granlund. Now many saying how good those deals were for Nucks. Both seem to be young 20 goal scorers.
Don't know if by alluding they are low value players that turns them into making Nucks buyers? Is there a trade partner fit and player upgrade they can afford to spend on? |

Everyone wanted to buyout Burrows a few months ago and now he is an integral part of Montreals playoff run? Sure that makes sense. He doesn't impress me. Columbus's 2nd is a whole nother story |

That makes no sense. Players values r based on their individual skills & attributes.
Saying 1 player represents a teams success or failure doesn't cut it.
Other than say a Price. Goalies can make or break teams. |

Free agent does not need to be protected . Agitator with lots of playoff experience and can score big goals . Strictly a rental. |

We did well on both those trades to the point 1 will prolly be exposed.
Double edge sword its turned out to be barring a trade. |

I don't think it can work that way. The protection list locks in for draft. Once pick declared Vegas has rights. Trades will happen after expansion draft though. Interesting idea on player upgrade. Like if Sven plus Hutton for Duchene is an upgrade? |
