I'm actually cutting way back.

trying to lose weight - got on the scale Christmas Day and nearly cried.

Only drinking hard one day a week (I still give myself one to sip on for each period) and back at the gym 4 mornings a week. Down 19 pounds since Christmas Day so far. I even bought a road bike, again, and I'm planning to get back into the triathlons again. First I gotta drop another 20 pounds - could lose another 30.

I know from personal experience that people can do really incredible things if they just allow themselves to believe it's possible.

It usually takes a while, and for me it means a lot of 5:20am alarms, but it happens.
