We have holes yes. We are imperfect yes. But we're better than this. But we had this game won and gave it away. This does long term damage. This loss tears the team down and tears it apart.

I am with you Cabie, but I have understood that this season is all about developing the right system/style with a filled out roster. We aren't making the playoffs but I think we could have if not for the injuries/coaching/goaltending.

We need to improve on Defense, but Kulikov is a huge whole, Ghule is here next yr.

Injuries? We have a roster of bad hockey players.ten guys easily wouldn't make any of the playoff team rosters

It needs that. He built this team with a style that is far outdated. Ditto coaches system.

You'll be missing a lot of good hockey.

If Bylsma doesn't adjust his style, he won't be here.

Major changes??? We are outplaying the Leafs in their own rink.

The Leafs arent very good first off. Our depth at the forward position is not good, Carrier is on the top line, Foligno on the second, COR and D-Lo should be in the AHL, Ennis is never healthy, Gionta and Moulson are pretty much washed up at this point. Our defense is probably worse at this point as well, McCabe needs to get off the top line (I know he is our best option right now for a partner to Risto but he has been a tire fire), Bogo and Gorges and Franson couldn't cover USHL player, Guhle will probably take a couple more years till he becomes a legit NHL defender, Kuli has been hurt but has not looked good at all in a Sabres sweater. Lehner has not been good, definitely not worth a first round pick, Nilsson is ok but he will probably be gone after this year.

Last half the season they started coming together and lot's of great hockey. This season took until the 1/2 way point to get the team together. They are playing ok, some defense/goalie lapses. But see a lot of forward flubs and just skating to look like your moving . The talent needs to have them all on fire while out there on the same shift.
