I must watch the game differently than you, as I see Stecher being baled out regularly. Not trying to knock him as players like him are needed, just don't think they are top 4 types. ( I would not want Barrie on my team).

Fergy caught him with arm extended instead of braced so why it had any effect. Try that again and see what happens.

Some people look at Gudrandson as a good young Dman. In this thread he gets his fair share of abuse but in the media he doesn't , in fact some have said the reason Gallant got fired beause he asked ownership if they were crazy for trading EG.

OJ is on pace for more points than last season inspite of not having talents like Marner to feed the puck to... London and team Finnland both are not as deep as last year.

The notion/argument that O.J 'does not possess much offensive ' is quite odd considering even his basic underlying numbers.

89 total OHL games, 70 points for a ppg of 0.79 overall.
He's currently on a 0.88 ppg this year alone, not to mention his memorial cup and WJC play.

I prefer all-situations defenseman over a 1 dimensional defensive liability. Takes to many risks, causing lots of turnovers and others constantly have to work harder to cover the mistakes. If they are a bottom pairing 14 minute a game I can live with that.
