If I am Murray, I am trying to Kane now while he is hot (12 goals in 21 games) for a Top 3 D-man. There is no way Kane is staying in Buffalo after his contract is up, even if he is a perfect role model off the ice. LA/NYC/Vegas - that's where he's headed if he gets to free agency.

Yeah, he doesn't hold tons of charity events in Buffalo or anything or visit sick fans... I think he's been trying to stay low after the incident this summer. If he's out at a bar or something I could see him being a Richard but he's done a bunch of nice and good things in the community

Seasons past I was always worried playin the Wings. They seemed like robots out there. Not so much anymore.
