Miller's Vezina year vs. Biron's best season.
The only differences are wins, and Biron didn't have the team in front of him that Miller did, and Sv%, which also could depend on the quality of shots faced. |

7 straight games with a goal. I think he's outgrown the AHL. I could see him in Foligno's spot next year. - Buffalo--Sabres
17 goals in 34 games. He had 20 in 70 last year. In his last 50 AHL games he's had 25 goals. I agree, he's outgrown Roch and will be a full time Sabre next year, along with Baptiste. |

Just need to find a home for Moulson and put Delo in the press box to fit them both in. |

I think Bailey, Baptiste and Carrier have moved ahead of Fasching. He could be trade bait. Granted Fasching has been injured but he could be included in a trade. |

With those 2 goalies? No, not a coincidence at all. Sure Niemi won a cup, but Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl, neither guy won them for his team, they just didn't (frank) up too much. - Wetbandit1
Lehtonen hasn't had a season of above .910 since Lindy got there. He never had a below .910 year before that
Niemi has also had his two career worst years under Ruff.

If they don't blow that 2 goal lead against the Leafs on Tuesday they are 1 point out of the playoffs right now. They are definitely in the mix. |

Delo yes but I've always liked Foligno. I think he's protected in the expansion draft. |

It's great we got the two wins but this is what they've been doing all year.
Win a few and get everyone's hopes up. Lose most important matchups. Then win more to get everyone's hopes up, and on and on |

Not going to say you're wrong - those 2 games against Boston would be huge if it was even a split at this point...but they did just beat 2 Division teams (important matchups).
Giving Montreal a point isn't a big deal, but the loser point to Detroit sucked a little. |

I hate to be negative because I'd love to believe they could go on a run, but we've been seeing this all year |

Sorry, no. SV% is way more indicative of skill than GAA. A goalie can let in 3 goals a game, but if he's facing 40 shots that's actually pretty good. That's a .925 SV%. |

It's the style, so if you want to say it's a Ruff problem, fine, but at least they play offense; isn't that what you're always female dogging about? |
