Take out the first row of seating. Would open up some more ice too. The rinks are too small for how fast the players are. 4 on 4 would be even more boring. They managed to take the fun out of 3 on 3 for the most part, the only time it's even remote entertaining is when someone makes a bad change or otherwise (frank)s up.
