And for the record, the Oil are doing well, but they are still building, and not as good as their record seems to indicate.

But, Lehner sucks. And PDO is SV% + SH%. So if Lehner sucks, and we can't shoot for poop. How are we 15th? I don't get it.

To be serious for a moment. PDO close to 1.000 is deemed as the best. It means you're neither lucky, nor unlucky. As one over 1.000 or one under 1.000 would tend to mean, respectively.
