The joke was more about how Gerbe has been missing from these boards lately. That was the funniest Gerbe pic I could find

Did he send cabin a picture of his ding-dong again?

-Reinhart has been really good
-Bogo has been serviceable
-Fedun is better than Gorges
-Eichel is Eichel.

The subtle plays Reinhart makes game in & game out really showed tonight on those last 2 goals

Kid isn't just a smart hockey player,
He's a pretty damn good one

We don't get those 2pts tonight without him

Gionta has a crazy deal where he picks like 5 teams he can be traded to

I think he had to submit the list during the summer

Imo he has never been a problem here though and if they keep playing well it's a bad message to trade him

Wow. Left the house between the 2nd and 3rd....2-2.
Checked the phone while out, down 4-2.
Check the phone a little later, 5-2 win.
WTF happened?

Those lists can be amended
If a reasonable trade pops up, Murray can ask Gionta if he would waive

But I agree
He's definitely not the problem
But depending how the next month plays out,
Potentially trading him is an option

Im on the west coast with gamecenter (or whatever the hell its called now...)
Got to wait till tomorrow after work to watch the 3rd.
They make you wait 24 hours for no good reason.

It was an interesting 3rd for sure. A fluky goal from the Preds, and Ennis blown coverage led to Neal in the mid slot wide open, 2 more goals from the Sabres, and Eichel with a top play in OT for the winner.

Edit: This is why Jack needs to play center, not stuck on a wing. I understand it's OT and it's different, but if he was on the wing 5v5 he wouldn't be allowed to do that, he used the entire ice for that goal.

I thought that should've been a penalty when's Girgensons was taken down right before that Neal goal
Ennis still should've recognozed Neal coming right down the middle though

Yeah. The OT was only good because they won on the next rush, if they bungled it he would've been ripped mercilessly. I'm ok with it no matter what in that circumstance, mistakes are magnified intensely in OT, so that was by far the safe play.

I thought the play in OT was brilliant
Rather than potentially turn it over, he passed it back & we kept possession
Even if Eichel hadn't scored on the rush I'd have commended him for the smart play he made

Yeah, that's fine, but a lot of people in here were pissed earlier in the year when that play happened. There was nothing, so they passed back to the goalie and went off on a change. And for some reason a lot of people didn't like that, they thought we should attack.
