So many teams lack a true #1 tender IMO
The tendency to overpay goalies is hurting teams.
Plenty of back up types around but usually too pricey.
New gear is gonna put more goalies on the spot prolly.

I call it a changing of the guard.
A new core is needed obviously.
Culture change is not what I'd call it.
Thats needed in Colorado & Winnipeg for examples.
