Yes, because the AHL is full of terrible scrubs that an NHL 3rd/4th liner should be scoring a hat trick per game, no matter what role the coach asks him to play.

It's interesting that you agree with what was said, when he is basically saying we have to wait and see what happens with Laughton if and when he gets back to the NHL, which makes sense. That seems to contradict your opinion that Laughton isn't going to be anything more than an AHL player. If your opinion was consistent, you wouldn't be agreeing to what was said.
