I'd add Fitzgerald to that list, but other than Risto and McCabe we can't say for certain that these guys will be quality or eve full-time NHLers. Best thing to do is just load up on defense in this up coming draft and let the kids develop over the next 2-4 seasons. If we pick enough guys, we're bound to find some good ones along the way.

Finding a partner for Risto and filling out the rest with those guys mentioned and you have an above average NHL D at the least IMO

I said this months ago that they were leaving and that they were looking at sites in and around the city. And a bunch of people jumped on me and said the Islanders were not leaving Barclays.

Kane can get a top 4 D. It does depend on what you mean top 4 though too, since top 4 on this team might be top 7 on cup condender this season. But i do think he can get a great young d man back.
