Nothing he can do...

Problems of this team are an utterly pathetic defensive core half of which they're stuck with for at least another year on bad, almost untradeable contracts the only good two defenders are asked to do too much to over compensate for the lack of D core.

Our forwards are weak on depth even though the depth have big long term contracts, our shut down "defensive center" is paid to be the man in the clutch but hasn't done poop this year and our two young all stars in the making pass to much and can't cover a forward in their D zone to save their life.
