That stuff was 15 years ago. Are you the same person you were 15 years ago? I doubt it or at least I hope not. I'm not saying what he's going to do at the moment as we have to wait and see. |

Fun entertaining hockey, especially down low. Seemed to be a bit more open and free from a skill and risk standpoint. Will it last, unlikely. But was at least an entertaining game and a solid start for once, again, likely just a bump from a coach change but it was something. |

It will be an interesting battle the rest of the year. Nice game to bounce back after the firing. It will be an uphill battle going forward. |

Interesting road ahead. After Vancouver tomorrow, Montreal and the Cali teams presents the biggest challenge every season.
Following that, half of the games in march are against the teams that are vying for the same couple payoff spots. Two games against Ottawa, one against leafs, philly, and islanders. They need to keep up the kind of tempo they had against the sharks last night. |

Interesting tweak to the powerplay. Loved Pasta in the Ovechkin/Stamkos spot. He has the shot for it. |

I don't know how much weight the halak rumour holds, but I like it. If there is some retained salary and Boston doesn't give up futures, I think it is useless though if vegas wants him...
Always liked halak though. |

Why is Cehlarik in but they've benched Czarnik.
And I wonder if Boston will jump on Hammond. Seems like a low risk situation. |

Czarnik is on IR.. I didn't think Cehlarik looked bad... A little first game jitters, but he could fill out that line well with his size... he played well in the corners/along the boards.
The team has looked pretty good for the past two games... the coaching change is working so far. If they keep playing like this they could make some noise in the playoffs (if they get there). There's no denying Claude is a great coach... maybe he just want the best coach for this team/group of guys.
It'll be interesting to see what they do with the goalie situation. Khubodin looked pretty good today, but I don't think that's going to be enough to prevent them from looking elsewhere. I'd rather take a flyer on Hammond that give up anything for Halak. |

Thank you for clarification, I think that Czarnik has played well so was hoping to see him more moving forward. A line with Vatrano, Spooner, and Czarnik could be really interesting as a third unit.
I agree Dobby looked good, but I would still take Hammond for nothing, they have the cap space, and if he doesn't work out, put him on waivers like Sens did lol |
