Grant is up, terrific. All the hoopla with waiving him, losing him, and reclaiming him in order to get him in Rochester, and now we bring him right back up after he's been down there two games. Sometimes, I think Murray truly is a moron. - sskkoo1
Be careful with your assessment of this particular situation...I believe Grant can be sent back down to Rochester without going through the waiver process for 30 days from when he was claimed...so, it Is low/no risk in terms of losing him again.
I'd rather have him center the 4th line than DLo..which admidtly isn't saying much.

I think people just have Grant fatigue. I'm sure the South Buffalo crowd would love to see Tim Kennedy get a shot

COR should be centering the 4th line when needed, not Grant
Does he have to go through waivers once we send him back down ?
if he does I'm guessing he's here for the rest of the year - GERBE!!!75PTS
If a player clears, he can be sent to the minors, kept on the NHL roster or traded to another team.
A player who clears waivers does not require waivers again until they’ve spent 30 cumulative days on an NHL roster or played in 10 NHL games since they last cleared waivers. They can be recalled to the NHL and reassigned an unlimited amount of times as long as they don’t meet those requirements. Even if they’ve started accruing NHL days or NHL games, clearing waivers “re-sets the clock” as far as their waiver eligibility goes.
