Yes ELC's are even hotter now pre Vegas draft. Cap has forced teams to go young for that too. That doesn't take away from the fact Vegas will have extra D to deal. Some of whom will be able to play top 4 roles. So likely to be activity on trades post expansion draft. More buyouts too.
