According to the Buffalo News, the idea of starting Cardale Jones at quarterback is "appealing" to GM Doug Whaley.
The fourth-round pick out of Ohio State attempted just 11 passes as a rookie in 2016. He's a major project but with Buffalo on the fence about keeping Tyrod Taylor, Jones is an alternative the Bills will have to consider. Taking a quarterback 10th overall would probably be a reach for Buffalo while the free agent market figures to be just as sparse. In the end, the Bills may decide that keeping Taylor is their best option.

Does keeping Kulikov instead of flipping him for a 2nd really change that? I want them team to play well, i wish they weren't such an eye sore 5v5. I just dont think certain moves or lack thereof will change things either way.
