Serious question, what about Grant's play do you not like? Hes a half decent skater does well on faceoffs, seems solid in the dzone and only plays 8-10 min a night. For a fourth line player he seems to be doing just fine.
Also could just be me but the PK has looked better since he came back. Its not like we are paying him 4 million bucks to sit on the fourth line and do nothing.

he was a fixture on our pk which has been at the bottom of the league all year. he does not score or create any offense at all. I cant believe I have to justify this. everybody hates d-lo for the same reasons but at least he fights. that ties him in value with grant who can win one more faceoff than he loses most nights.

Would this then mean that since Lehner is putting up good numbers behind a terrible defence, then would that not mean his numbers would be that much better behind a good defence? Thus coming to the conclusion that Lehner is a bonafide number 1?

I think Lehner looks like a #1 right now. But I posted the other day, this team gives up a ton of shots, but not a ton of scoring chances. They give up bottom 10 in scoring chances against per 60.

The defense plays the system properly, they are just terrible at clearing the zone or transitioning to offense

Personally, I'd prefer COR in that spot. I don't currently have any stats to back up why, just kinda how I feel.
