I don't know if its an inconsistency of effort from night to night. I think it's an inconsistency of effort within nights, and inconsistency of effectiveness from night to night.

They haven't really come out totally flat for an entire game on many occasions, IMO. I think the real problem is that they suck for at least one period on too many nights, and the league is just too good for any team to win consistently if they're only good for 60 minutes. So even on nights when they aren't flat for the entire game, there have been far too many nights where they don't translate 60 minutes of work into success for the game.

I get that we've had some MASSIVE bad luck over the years in both sports and also get theyre pro athletes but if youre and athlete (especially Bills) reading the buffalo media must make you sick.. we won a game last night against a divisional playoff opponent and Wgr starts the day of with how bylsma should go and we got outshot..
