It's the premise of what will get JB to sell. To interpret value on what a player is worth in general is not the point. You need to give regard to the specifics. It's not my value on players so you slanting it like that misses the point. Its based on this TDL market speculation and JB's ask given a set of specific trading partners. Those teams needs and availability of what they require puts JB in the driver seat for asking high. There aren't any choices out there. That's what the driver is on those players.

What is being lost in the hysteria surrounding the fans of this club is the notion that JB has to sell. He doesn't. He could. But it won't really change the fortunes of the club either way. But those teams competing for a Cup need to buy or their chances at the prize now go down. The cost of a draft pick is the least price they can give up.
