Last place I saw Forgotten Rebels was Town Pump in the late 90's. Guest list... I didn't get thrown out that night... but there was many.

Lees Palace in Toronto where they played tonight brings back memories. In the 80's, I was arrested as a 16 year old there at a Bad Manners show for a beat down outside. The cop brought me back in to grab my jacket and an old Skinhead in his mid 30's from the 70's scene recognized the cop from school and they started talking. It took 20 seconds to talk him into releasing me. As long as I leave because I'm underage he said. I didn't. Last I saw of him, a girl I knew grabbed his hat and threw it in the crowd... people were throwing it every time he caught up to it... it was priceless...

I dodged another 60 days at 311 Jarvis that night.

For those calling it a loser point that's not what it is, hockey is a 60 minute game if its tied its a tie, they play the OT 3 on 3 which isn't really hockey for a bonus point.

The canucks will not sink lower than the AV's or Coyotes, but 28th is realistic finish...tied with Las Vegas

SO looked like or had the feel of a playoff game tonight. Except how the zebras were making late calls. Anyway nice entertainment that wasn't expected at this time in the season. Unusual for me but posted that the Nucks would win. Patterns you know. But that 5 second goal was a fitting nock to that. Typical of the season by Nucks sort of not doing enough when behind and finding ways to give out points when ahead.

Big surprise Tanev roofing that pass to win in OT. Elder and Miller had strong games made a difference out there. Flames had the run of play. But this game should be more important for them as they look to have a chance. It seems their GM is looking to buy by the TDL.

This game or tomorrow's makes no difference for TDL. JB will sell or stand pat if no deal of value. TDL is not tear down time. Off season takes care of that. Though would be nice if asset management moves came up with a couple extra picks at draft.
