Bank on it .
Two slow Sedins -a speedy Hansen - a experienced Burrows + a year older Eriksson + an extended Megna = a number one pick

If Juolevi comes to camp at around 195 and hasn't lost a step I think he is NHL ready. - Retinalz
Hopefully, though every site still lists him at 180, I'm assuming that's from the start of the season.
With the youth on the back-end, i think this team is going to face a dilemma when attempting to add another young guy.
For instance, inserting O.J will result in pushing Stecher, Tree and Hutton into more prominent top 4 roles, of which i don't think either are ready for full-time.
Alternatively, another year in junior for Juolevi would likely be pretty redundant.
Decisions...decisions. |

Ive got no problem drafting another d. We have no legit top pairing guys, we lack that doughty or keith type moving forward. We do have dpeth at the position though and guys can always be moved for forwards down the road. If we come away with Liljegrin I have no problem with our 1st. With the other picks id prefer forwards if all things are equal.
Really hoping for a top 5. That way we are coming away with patrick, nico, vilardi, mittelstadt or liljegrin. |

Same.
But watch the chaos unfold if that's how it plays out.

if drafting a dman is through the bpa approach, that is fine, but sooner or later you have to trade a dman for a top6 offensive player. |

We have a couple years until we really need to worry about it. With Boeser and probably Guadette probably both going pro next season it should give us a solid indication of holes we need to fill.
Hopefully Miller and Hansen can turn in to some forward prospects. Would be nice if we could pull a guy like suzuki in later half of round 1. |

you would think eventually some of the D and goalies they have been drafting start to do something. |

patience is required and often forgotten in the moment. I have BB penciled in next season.
I just want us to not rush players onto the big club, thinking seasoning in the AHL is better for the prospect/player long term but with nobody pushing from Utica these guys have a shot at making the big jump unless JB finds other players. |

Provorov is their only hope...why have they never addressed goaltending? What a sad franchise |
