If Eller and Shaw go for 2 2nd's or Spaling and Polak for a 2nd each. I wouldn't be surprised in a weak draft year to get a 1st for hansen.

If Sbisa gets a 1st I'll eat my hat. I think a 3rd is tops.

Burrows could be worth a 3rd for sure. But salary would need to be eaten.

It's not like we are talking about Leafs 1st. Which what they gave up for a mid range goalie.

Anyway. Think about it. No one is selling. Asking prices are high at TDL normally. Now it's even more. Especially any player beyond some slow UFA rental. They will get more value. Draft picks for Cup teams are valued less. Especially this draft which isn't deep. But it's all about JB and asking price. He rather not give then just get something below his value meter.
