Bah...
Good win guys, Miller was excellent.
Can't wait for nuck4u to start whining about how unfair the game was lol - Flamin_Irishmin
That, clearly, is your thing this year. Go Wideman!

I predict that the Canucks have already started their by-week and Miller pulls a groin. |

Jets 2-0 up on the Sens - Nighthawk
2 assists for PL. How Toronto is going to justify that there is even a race for the Calder will be interesting as it will be pathetic. *Grabs Popcorn*

With the bye week I see WD laying it all on the line for this game. Miller in net on back to back. Well WD likes going with the safe bet on who's playing hot. I just don't understand how he keeps factoring past performance, like the Sedins were always great scorerers, with future performance.
A rested Miller is better. Look at the Boston game which was a short turn around and practical back to back where Miller bombed in the end. Marky is due for a bounce back game after a tough go. But that's the I can't take any risks mentality WD displays. It's that thinking that gets him in trouble. The safe choice doesn't mean it's the right one. More often then not in a fast paced on the edge modern NHL safe choice is not the smart one either.
That said hope Miller time pulls off a good show and game has meaning in its intensity. |

So, is it safe to say we will see a Dman traded this offseason?
Assuming Hansen is moved at TDL, can we expect LV to select Sbisa or Gaunce?
Either way I think they can afford to move a dman. For some reason I keep coming back to Hutton. |

Marky has done nothing to make a case that he starts.
Its a weak case speculating he should start.
Who dreams that Marky is a bonafide future starter? |

I'd rather give up on Marky & resign Miller before the expansion draft in the hopes he is taken if Sbisa is exposed. Either that or trade him. |

He is fodder & not showing signs he is a starter in any way.
Is that clear enough for u?
Do u like Marky as a starter or is that to direct of a question? |

Goals for the end of the season:
1. Danny Sedin scores another 9 points to tie Dave Keon at #89 leaving him only 14 points back of 1000.
2. Burrows to NYR, Miller to LA or Philly (If he agrees), Hanson for a 2nd.
3. Top 5 pick.
4. Miller resigns in the summer.
5. Two players score 20 goals: Horvat currently at 18, Sutter at 15. Granlund and Baetschi in the running but falling behind. |

I know it's been brought up before but wonder maybe it makes more sense now. Split the Sedins up on lines. The puck possession and pass set up ability of Danny and Hank give shooter type players more to work with. Well maybe after TDL trades this might happen.
Possible post TDL lines.
Danny, Bo, LE
Sven, Sutter, Megna
Granlund, Hank, Boucher
Guance, Chaput, Skille |

With typical injuries on D Nucks can only afford to lose one D. So if it's by preemptive trade or loss to Vegas it stops there. OJ if he makes team would be as 7D for depth. Work him in over season. |

If guys like Eller and Shaw go for 2 2nds, shouldn't Hansen have more value than 1 2nd? Manageable contract and not a UFA. |

For the first time I do not consider the idea that we could get a couple of 2nds without sounding like a know-nothing-eleven-year-old. |
