Seabrook is my guy. There is a reason he has spent the better part of the last two seasons on kiddie duty. Every rookie D-man the Hawks have played over the last season plus has been paired with Seabrook.

You hear about Keith because he is the engine that drives the Hawks. I am not a fan of Hjalmarsson being paired with Keith but Q seems to love that pair.

McCabe is the guy i like on the back end for the Sabres. He is going to be a good one.

I agree on McCabe
Been a big fan of his for a while

#4 needs to be waived this week! If someone wants this guy for a pick, I'll be surprised!
- Irish 14

Why? He was (frank)ed either way. He was the only guy in position. He can't cover two people. He could go at Kane, who would proceed to make him look stupid and pass "acrossed" to Panarin or he could've done what he did and covered the back door, and wave his stick to try and prevent a pass. Where was Eichel?

12th game in 18 nights against one of the best teams in the league. I'm not happy with the result, but we get the two worst teams in the league out of the break then Nashville at home. It's not unrealistic to think we could have 68 points by the deadline.

Eichel needs to be benched a shift for that. Kulikov (frank)ing sucks
- bluengold12

Yep bench the only guy creating scoring chances. Team is a few players away. Need to rid ourselves of the trash: kulikov, gorges, Delo. Need a serious infusion of D talent, 2 or 3, 2 if guhle turns out. The entire D has scored 10 goals, I believe, which is utterly embarrassing. Is it the lack of D talent or the coaching?

This game could easily be 10 - 1 right now. Couple posts, wide open nets missed.

Oh boy. Back down to earth for us.

Bylsma parked the bus, and the Sabres all ran for it. Enjoy your vacation boys. Showing up at home would've been nice.
- Khmylev

Stop, they've been great at home lately. 4-2-1 in February. .642 points %. That equals 52.6 points over the course of the season at home. That's easily a playoff record.

It looks like they just hit a wall.

And they'll all say it's no excuse, but you can just tell their legs are dead.

I know he's been close to a PPG guy lately, but Ryan O'Reilly has had way too many games this year where he's been a total no show

This is a good post!!!! A little bit of reality people, 12 in 18, and it's no secret that our D is a mess. Teams like Chicago capitalize on stuff like that. It's going to be fine, the team needs some rest.

Not just that play my man, all season. Slow, banged up and small, we were better with him out of the line up.

Yea, benched 15...

You're missing the point there... Eichel has been very poor in his own end tonight. Teaching him a lesson (Tough love) In having him sit off a shift would maybe make him be more cautious in his own end.

This team just doesn't have a killer instinct. You don't sit around and wait against a team like Chicago. We had powerplays at the beginning of the game and they played fancy fancy too much. They were basically refusing to shoot.

Okposo had a wide open net, sees it with the puck on his stick, looks down to make sure the puck is on his stick, looks back up and then shoots it right at the goalie's chest.

Idk man. I'm done making excuses. 12 games in 18 nights. Whatever man, guess what? The playoffs are the roughest, fastest games of the year. Equate it to that and this team just doesn't have that mentality yet. Be tired, but be smart too.

My guess is they were out a little too late on Chippewa last night. Playing hung over thinking today was a win.

He's a good player. Too many games this year he's been totally invisible.

Get over it

Booing our own team while cheering the opposing teams win. That's gotta be great for morale
