I like that he has an opinion, I like that he articulates his thoughts well. I haven't always agreed with him but that doesn't mean I'll sit here and call him names because I don't agree with him.
I only call Vantel names, because we have a long standing relationship, I feel I have a bit of leeway with him. Hopefully. - LeftCoaster

Gillis plays every (almost) Friday with the Courtnall boys at Victoria Golf & CC, I asked the head pro to put me in with them one day, he said he would. I've met the Courtnall's, our mom's use to curl together years ago. - LeftCoaster
Have you seen Gillis play? He was my linemate in a hockey tournament...he is brutal. The only worse hockey player was Aquilini |

Give me a franking break...Phucker came on here trolling posters about hits and meat and potatoes. He wasn't engaging in constructive debates he was being a condescending little D bag. Insulting other posters intelligence is a pretty cowardly move from a 16 year old kid. I enjoying debating hockey with folks from all educational backgrounds.
Edit. Just to be clear. I don't like Nucker. |

No he is not. Go back and read through this thread. He posts intelligent ideas that some disagree with and articulate why.
Others, come across as babies who stick their fingers in their ears screaming tra la la when someone offers a view that everything isn't so rosy in canuck-land.
Can't wait til the off season when those same people claim the team is ready to contend for the playoffs! - RealityChecker
He doesn't offer anything different from his initial hissy hit when he quit the Canucks to go cheer for the Flames & the Flyers. He shows up once or twice a year (always after a loss) to rub it in. |

Those "intelligent ideas" are nothing more then diatribe disguised with stats to prove his "rightness" over how horrible Benning is as a GM. It's not useful for the purposes of discussion because it's his way of using Trump-like alternate facts and blaming fake news for why he ran away from the board because no one would validate him for his ideological and pathological hatred of Benning.
No, everything is not rosy in Canuckland, but neither is it a wasteland like Nucker and a few others would like you to believe. The fact is, if it was that bad, Benning and Linden and WD would have been canned already and the Sedins/Burrows/Edler/Hansen/etc. gone whether we wanted them gone or not one way or another. FA is NOT that patient, so if the team is so bad off as Nucker claims, FA would have cleaned house as he's that kind of person.
Nucker is a troll that thinks he's not a troll, but unlike NuckFU he at least sounds intelligent and can write intelligently. I call him a little boy because he runs away when people don't immediately validate his opinion or disagree with him. I appreciate him because at least he's willing to stick to his guns and try and provide facts to back it up, but like my Sociology professor used to say, 'There's lies, damn lies and statistics'. - DariusKnight

Nonsense.
His opinion's are just as valid as yours, mine, Vantel's etc.
Simply because some don't like what he has to say does not make him a troll.
Perhaps Makita ought to set up 'trigger warnings' and 'safe spaces' to protect some here from Nucker's incessant 'micro-aggressions'. |

This will be the last time I address Nucker, he only comes once or twice a year to continually promote his ideological and pathological hatred of Benning and slants all his opinions and arguments based upon that hatred. He does everything possible to roll over everyone's counter-arguments by using moneyball and advanced stats and when he's shown to be maybe not wrong, but not as right as he thinks he is, he refuses to admit it. That's the textbook definition of a troll and why people do not like him. Good riddance and good luck, if you're looking for validation of being right in your opinion on a message board on the internet you're setting yourself up for failure. |

Wrong.
We have all thick skin and can discuss anything. He comes in here about twice a year when Canucks are down and takes a big sh1t and leaves again.
Where was he all year one when WD and Bennings were having success. He was hiding and sulking and picking his moments , same as his return yesterday. |

I don't think that Duchene is a bona-fide #1 center and Montreal would be making a mistake giving up on galchenyuk |

Many on here have opinions and articulate their thoughts well...but also have the ability to see things from all angles. It's great that Nucker has an opinion, but for it to be so one-sided makes it redundant. If it wasn't the same crap over and over and over again his words and thoughts I'm sure would be welcome here. We know he hates Benning Sbisa and Sutter and the fact that Benning has given away a few picks...what GM hasn't?
He chose to leave and only comes back when his current team (who knows what team will be next) beats the Canucks. That's not an 'opinion' it comes across as more childish than anything else.
Nucker is a smart poster that much is evident...but he really needs to see both side of the coin on where this team is headed and how long it's going to take to get there. Whining about Benning Sbisa and Sutter continuously is solving nothing and he has way more to offer the threads than that IMO. |

According to the number. Defence scoring hasn't changed from last season.
Point totals haven't changed.
Sedins and Hansen have scored less. Bo, Baertschi, Sutter have just scored more.
Last year they got the loser point. This year gave up the loser point. |

He complains about Sbisa and Sutter's contracts but if they were put on waivers they would be snapped up in a second. The contracts can't be that horrible
