Sounds like Miller has supplied his 5 team list.
3 Cali teams mentioned to no ones surprise. - belcherbd
I wonder if that means there is interest in him.
Curious. |

I read it on HF and someone said they got it from TSN. I didn't listen to the segment though. - belcherbd
cool. That's fair, good news! I would think anahiem has to be at least consideration. Canucks take Bernier back and a pick. expose him to the e-draft. Maybe if we are lucky its a ocnditional and he takes them all the way, we get the 30th pick |

Tanev is worth much much more than a single 1st - Retinalz
Sort of depends on where that first is. A top 10 yes, any higher in this draft no. |

True. He, also, might have another strong season or two left but he is 36 going onto 37 next season. |

Goalie market always seems confusing and difficult to predict. |

I do too. Tree is probably already the snarliest guy, EG second and JB brought both of them in.
Zac Rinaldo, 850k UFA this offseason.
Scottie upshall 900k same
chris thorburn 1.2 mil same
shouldn't have to trade for these types of guys, nor pay the m 2.6mil. - neem55
Rinaldo career high 9
Upshall 3 times career 30 plus. But averages 15 a season and 33 y/o
Thorburn is high of 19 but averages 12 a year.
Dorsett got his contract after a season of 25. |

San Jose has 2-6th & 3 7th this year. A 6th and 2- 7th or a 4th from LA or Anaheim? |

Laine just scored . He could score 50 more before the end of the year and still have no chance of winning the Calder.
I knew before the season started who would win that but after game one when the announcer labeled Matthews Future Hall of Famer Mathews the writing was on the wall. |

There might not be a big goalie market but if you can get a veteran like Miller to back up for a cup run and at a reasonable rate, )4th Rd pick,) why not.
Anaheim has a young goalie and a poor back up, SJ has a inexperienced backup and LA has Quick who may not be ready in time for the push just to make it in. |

I would move Markstrom if I could get Miller to sign a 2 year extension at the rate Markstrom is at. |

25 points for 2.65 million... not quite sure what you are getting at. Still awful. Matt Martin awful. These guy are amungst the league leaders in defensive statistics--> as in leagues worst! |

Him and Schieffle make a pretty good duo for Jets going forward. |

Honestly....if JB is offered a 4th for Miller he will likely say no. it's not worth it. a 3rd or higher and he will listen. I don't think he is going anywhere. |
