Saw it, thought the acting was good, story a little meh.

I might even be willing to wager GMTM doesn't even know who this guy is .. never talked to him and never met him... unless of course over a few beers in a bar.

PS: That is my goal by the way ............ to have a few beers with GMTM someday when he comes out to a Sharks/Sabres game. Maybe this year !! I need to find out where the team stays out here.

this would be fun....he seems like the kind of guy that would be pretty honest with a fan if he was pitching a few back with one. Obviously, he would probably have to keep it tight lipped about certain subjects. But im sure they guy could talk your ear off about players on ice ability.

its the point id make with any potential kane for a d-man trade. These guys like Jurco (and better) will be available all the time and assuming you've got a good core these wingers are interchangeable and will produce next to elite player x or y. This is obviously an extreme example but helps illustrate the point.

Difference is Toews isnt an elite offensive player.

That's honestly more than I would have thought.

Sounds to me like Terry gave him a good wake-up call, he kept his head down, kept out of trouble, more importantly, keep himself out of situations that would lead to trouble and started producing. Also, he made clear he doesn't want to sign here long-term. If he's being honest and saying that, yeah man, trade him.

Just please god no on Muzzin.

If you look at the Sabres core: Eichel, Reinhart, Risto, Okposo, O'Reilly, Lehner, Kane and the core during the Briere/Drury days what is the difference besides Kane, the power forward who can score and forecheck 2nd to none, but many want to to trade and Risto, there was no offensive D then and WTF did that get us?

If Kane were to be dealt that forward core goes back to a soft pu$$y playing squad we are used to. The Sabres might have to shake up someone else in that core and Reinhart might be the one.

Wonder what the price might be? He did have a spat with them in the past, maybe he doesnt want to be there and Yzerman knows it. Hes a rfa after this year. Not like we havent gone all in on someone like that recently either. I would make the call if i were gmtm.
