I think his talent is underestimated. Some guys take a little while to get going. He just needs another 80 or so games to get his 1st NHL goal. After that, the tap will be wide open for Grant. Wouldn't surprise me if he became a consistent 25 - 30 goal scorer in the NHL......

IMO the sabres deadline goes like this:
Trade 77 & 6 for 2nd or 3rds
Then uses either 28 or 82 with 2nd or 3rd to obtain a (4/6 pairing) D man under contract.

Still dont lose UFAs for nothing and can fill a hole to continue a doubtful push
