If Murray traded Kane for prospects...
they better be very high end & just about ready to step into the NHL

Idk. I wouldn't call it a 'hit'. He straight-armed him to the shoulder at a point where he was becoming a threat to several people's safety. Kid fell down.

Not condoning hitting a youth player but the kid was out of control and at that point, trying to hurt several people including the refs, players and coaches.

Don't really know if he did. vid is too fuzzy. Regardless of how much he can be a jerk. I'm sure he knows better . If that was a punch, no wonder he lost so many. Could be more info coming out. Seems no charges were filed. think it might have looked worse from that distance than it was .

Right, but who's going to stop that kid from hitting at least 1 ref, a handful of players and a couple of coaches when he's bigger than the other players and not showing any signs of stopping? It's a bad situation all around but someone had to end it.

I don't think Peters should lose his iob over it. Suspension, sure. But some bumhole kid put's a man's job in jeopardy because he made a decision to end a violent situation? That's bull.

It's like this, in the Adrian Peterson or Ray Rice situations, regardless of what you think, by suspending them or making a decision that results in them losing any amount of money or their job, who suffers most?

Their families.

Peters probably should've focused on getting his players off the ice & let the Refs restrain the kid

Watch the whole video. This was beyond a fight. It was WAY beyond a fight and the refs had lost complete control of the situation, the kid started hitting the coaches behind the bench and Peters shoved the kid down, hard, but it was hardly a punch.
