I am hoping Bieksa waives his nmc and we get him and a fifth for Miller, we sign Raymond when he is done in Europe, Aaron Rome comes out of hiding & signs with us, same with Higgins. We make a Meh trade and get Luongo. We can live the 2011 cup failure for eternity.
3 seasons I refused to watch was the one preceding and following. I could not stand the make up of the team & refused to abandon ship, although I did start to cheer for Ottawa recently as my back up team. - Reubenkincade

I like Burr and all, but it's time to let him go.
Someone younger, with more potential can fill that role.
Burr might be more reliable (you know what you're getting), but it's time to roll the dice, find a younger, faster, feistier version that has higher upside. - dbot
in some ways this is true. Problem is he's like the NHLs best penalty killer. His best value atm |

John Legend reminds me of a Michael Buble wanna be without the karisma or talent.
I think I would rather watch Nickleback |

No. Facetiously trying to point out that it is time to move on, get younger, faster, stronger & hopefully better than what we look like now.

I read that.
What a mess. The deep state at war with the president.... acting on international agenda's against the president. CIA illegally working on home turf to take down the elected president. If they fail to discredit him and delegitimize him, how far will they go? The last president to go against the CIA was Kennedy. He was going to completely overhaul them and was trying to prevent Israel from obtaining Nukes which had the deep state and congress in a panic. So we can assume they will go as far as needed.

Are people passionate about hockey there sure. Do those place have the economic structure to support an NHL franchise? Sorry not year round. - Nuck4U
technically any canadian city of a decent size could do it ticket sales wise.
Problem is there'd be a lack of corporate sponsorship in smaller cities.
Hey if Columbus can do it....Ive been there many many times, They had no business getting a team |

Same.
He hits, or at least he did last game, but so many 4th line 'hitters' that we bring in seem to forget how to do that after a couple games...don't know what it is.
The last best 4th liner i can recall is Rypien. - dbot
It's cause the country club gets too them. They don't want the young guys angering the opposition. Could end up getting the body played on them and the cc hates getting the body checks |

I've met them both. Nice guys. Different personalities. Solid musicians. Buble has the better voice. Legend is a dedicated causes guy. |

I find his music so slow. I do like all of me but aside from that he seems like he is 90 |

There is a lot of corporate money in Columbus compared to all of the other Canadian cities outside of top 5. |

Legend is a very layed back deep thinking type. Buble likes to lift your spirit. He's a joking upbeat guy. Different vibes. I get it. |

only us Canadians would notice that, what I am saying is hockey is not talked about, everyone talks nfl, nba, nfl, mlb, franking bowling is more popular. - Bettmanhatesus
this is true in many places esp in the south. Places like chicago, detroit philly ny and boston its bigger news.
when anaheim won the cup in 2007 on the back page of the sports section there was a mere couple lines of coverage for their cup win. Front page was 2 stories about high school football |

absolutely....he was also going to disband the CIA as well. Put an end to the vietnam war, which was a money making machine.
We all know the outcome of that |

You got to stop reading the internet. It's going to make you go mad knowing too much. - bloatedmosquito
I read a lot of books as well. I'm definitely not a tin foil hat guy though. Even a rational person can't help but see JFK as an inside job.
If you want a broader picture of America's foreign policies, covert ops, interventions in elections, aggression around the world, involvement with terrorists and extremists.... don't look to your TV. The more time spent there, the less people are informed.

My premise was more in reference to the Off-Season when he becomes a UFA.
In either case, I'm guessing all J.B would have to do is call Miller's agent to see where they stand. - Whiskey-Tango
I agree with that but there are things that could happen between now and then. Like him signing somewhere else or re-signing where he is traded to. Not that it's any kind of big wrench in moving forward. Just saying...
