some unmentioned 70's flicks...
-Logans Run
-the Omega man
-Westworld....
I love all 3 of those
Another really really weird flick is the Vanishing point.
Jfitz would probably hate it. No studio would fund it today, but im glad it exists.
the band Primal Scream wrote an entire album about it.

"Hate" is strong...
Animal House, American Graffiti, Rebel Without a Cause...
some older movies off the top of my head that I like a lot
I saw Omega Man, Logan's Run, Bladerunner, Soylent Green, Planet of the Apes series, Twilight Zone & Outer Limits tv shows, original Star Trek series...
lots of other SciFi & horror from all decades that I liked

I guess they used a Camaro at the end of Vanashing Point because it was a lot cheaper than the Challenger. lol They just modified the body to look like the Challenger.

Subtitles are fine,
But it's still that 70s style filming & storytelling that I can't get past
I fell asleep watching Enter the Dragon last night actually
(It was late)
Classic Bruce Lee... but again, not the style film/ storytelling I prefer - jdfitz77

They did that in a lot of car movies in the 70s/80s
Stunts had to all be done with little to no effects,
So they'd constantly ruin vehicles
Lots of times could only do a take or 2 of a particular scene bc of it

Vanishing point is just a weird movie. probably best viewed under the influence of "herbal supplements" I think it might get boring if one is waiting on action to happen.
