Homie posted one the other day. If that's as good as it gets either have to package him with the 1st or see if you can sign him to a reasonable deal/move him for picks at deadline next year if you can't. - Sabresfan-365
I expect a few big offers for Kane in the next 30 hours
a first and 2 second rd picks

I can't imagine that Murray would move him for picks. His seat is getting hotter by the day. |

I'd have taken a shot on Pulkkinen honestly.
I'd also be kicking the tires with Calgary on Kylington, Rags on Day, and Carolina on Fleury. |

I think the report of them having a 2nd on the table is BS. He's been a total bust |

Just seems like a decent but low candidate even without the Ottawa connection. There's chance the sabres could have 3 or 4 2nd rounders tomorrow (we already have two I think?) is guess Murray would look to see if he can turn one into a young NHLer |

Maybe but given his age and this draft it wouldn't surprise me if they got that for hum |

IMO he might be resigned to expose in the expansion draft.
At least 3 goalies will be taken in the 1st 3rds and he'd be a cheap option for Vegas. |

He is, perhaps just a thought to help flood the number of goalies out there? |

Right, but (and I might be wrong here) I thought that we need to expose at least one. My point is that we wouldn't need to retain Nilsson just to expose him to the draft. |

I'm sure he is but they re-sign Nilsson, trade a few assets to Vegas with the condition of they take Nilsson and leave the other players exposed alone. Happens all the time with these things. |

Don't forget, Vegas is the wild card here. They can also make moves at this deadline. Just some food for thought. |

Looking at TSN's ranking of trade candidates, it has Anthony Duclair at #7. What do you think Arizona would want for him? Can play either wing, scored 20g last year and is currently in the minors. |

They can make moves after all the buyers overpay for players.
They can make trades throughout the rest of the season. Remember the trade deadline is a deadline when players can be traded and play for the team acquiring them for the playoffs. Since Vegas isn't playing this year they could make trades whenever they want. |

Piggy backing off this... When the D corps gets better i think you see the Offense finally start putting up the 5v5 #s. Looking at this powerplay proves that when the puck gets moved into the zone with a purpose they can score more often than not. If 5v5 they can improve the transition game we make noise |
