I am not absolving Murray of responsibility. He tried to improve the quality of the D by acquiring Bogo (it failed) and he tried to improve the quality of the D by acquiring Kuli (it failed). But Murray's efforts at least prove that (i) he saw the need for a change, and (ii) he tried to make a change.

Has Bylsma done anything that has shown that he sees the need for a change or has the capacity to try to adapt?
