i expect a full mea culpa from all the haters over the past two years who ridiculed anyone who proposed Burrows would net more than the bag of pucks or similar return they were talking about instead of something like what we saw here today.

I will fully admit I didnt think Burrows would get more than a 3rd before the trade season started. I was cautiously optimistic that he could get more (Hansen too) when deals started happening at higher prices than expected.

I am still going to temper my expectations for Hansen because I think Ottawa got a little desperate, but I am very happy with the deadline so far
