WD is putting Goldobin on the 4th line. Enjoy your 10 minutes Goldy!!!!!

(is it too soon to start complaining about his deployment? )

Well yeah, Willie has never had this kid play for him before (and Willie is so untrustworthy of new players)..... would he really be playing top line?

I've had enough of Gaunce personally, Would like to see him go for a bag of pucks (he has 1 career goal.....)

Willie must hate all this, seems to prefer his vets.

Put the twins with LE and draft your first overall pick . One more year
- VANTEL

Especially with Burrows/Hansen gone.... Pretty much going to be LE or Granlund playing with the Sedins this year I figure. Nolan Patrick+Horvat+Goldobhin(I don't even know how to spell his name) would be an interesting 2nd line next season

How Willie handles a kid heavy lineup through the end of the season could really determine his future in town.

I think it's a trait of rookie coaches. Lean heavily on the vets to gain the teams trust.

Good, hopefully he'll have a bad time of these last few months and they'll fire him in the summer. Watch him play Megna/Chaput over these new guys.

What makes you think I'm not? I believe you can find multiple posts where I've said what a great couple days this has been.

Back hand compliments .

I feel like watching the twins with Loui next year would be really painful. Dmen would just have to camp in our own zone

I'd prefer he left town this summer, he's got one year left on his deal. Not a fan of his!

Personally, i think MTL did the worst. They literally have like 2 or 3 top six forwards and decide to acquire another 4th line...

I'm surprised the Mtl didn't do more.

I don't know. I'm not a fan of WD but this team needs stability through this transition. Last thing they need is a coaching caracal specially if they are getting younger now.

His fascination with Megna is so intense I couldn't believe he wasn't a former Medicine Hat Tiger.

The guy has one goal this year, yet he got a million minutes with the twins and is on PP2. I think he went out as the extra attacker a couple weeks ago.

I recall him saying last year how difficult it was to both develop guys and try to win. Maybe with the focus shifting purely to development, we might see a change in the way he runs things

THIS. His systems are garbage. Every time they dump the puck in on the power play I cringe.

You're reading it wrong if you don't think it's a compliment. There's still a lot of work to do but definitely a nice couple days!

His deployment decisions are baffling throughout basically his entire tenure. While the roster hasn't done him any favours, he hasn't done the team any favours in how he uses it.

First line isn't really determined by minutes exclusively. Then Sutter would be first line. The opposing team matchups kinda decide who your first line is. If Vlasic is getting hardmatched agains the Twins, sorry Bo but you're not first line. If you start seeing the shutdown forward line and the top D pair against Bo then he's the top line.

Well I hope he's more comfortable with his position now. I hope he can coach without too much interference.

If you are going to make changes look at front office first. Let the on ice product develop.
