Don't do drugs. That's about it. Seriously.

All of the things you hear don't work and are just scams to make money. Staying hydrated is probably the best thing to do, don't over-hydrate, but drink a decent amount of water that will at least make it not take longer than it should to flush out, but pot sticks around in your fat cells, there's really nothing you can do to get rid of it until it wants to go.

The one we got for Cat is sposed to be that kind of player. LH shot also.

Some of the numbers look good, but at his age, what you see is probably what you get. Talked to a big NYR fan last night and he said he thought the return would be better, but that Bodie is still just an AHL guy, maybe 7th D at best.

I am okay with a healthy Kulikov on a 1 year prove it deal

I am okay with throwing a ton of money at Shattenkirk (he wont be here)

I am okay with throwing $5.5 per year at Alzner. I would like to see Gorges moved.

He has a tough road a head of him. He needs 2 top 4 D and if he is moving Kane to get one of them he needs 2 top 6 forwards.

I still think the expansion draft is the way to go here.

I'm pretty sure this Bodie is also an upcoming UFA, so Murray needs to make a decision fast if he wants to keep him around.

I guarantee you he's not getting that contract from Washington. Sure it's only $1M more than Kulikov, but Kulikov is a UFA after this season, and we'd have Alzner for 6 years.

From Murray's comments a Kane extension sounds like it won't be likely. He basically said he's taking care of 15 and 23 first and if his agent wants an 8 year deal at big $$ that would be tough.

I am all for going the trade route before the expansion draft.

Shattenkirk isn't going to sign here, Alzner might yes $5.5 might seem high but looking at how bad our blue line is I am all for improving it anyway possible even if I have to overpay a bit. Murray would have to be creative and move a contract or two Ennis, Moulson, Bogo, Gorges
